Ecovadis sustainability rating - Blässinger receives the bronze medal again!

Josef Blässinger GmbH + Co. KG has renewed its sustainability rating from the independent ESG agency EcoVadis and, as in the previous year, has been awarded the bronze medal. With 63 out of 100 points, we now rank among the top 35 per cent of companies rated by EcoVadis.

The company assessment by EcoVadis is based on four subject areas:

•     Environment
•     Labour and human rights
•     Ethics
•     Sustainable procurement

The methodology involves a team of international experts analysing policies, measures and published reporting. For reliable ratings, company-specific data - including supporting documents and 360° Watch results - is analysed, taking into account industry, company size and geographical location.

The award of the Bronze Medal demonstrates our endeavours to continuously improve all processes from an ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) perspective and our ambitious commitment to a transparent, environmentally and socially sustainable supply chain.

The improved result drives us to continue working on our action plan and to target further improvements for the coming year. After all, sustainability and social responsibility are firmly anchored in our corporate philosophy.
