As part of our strategic alignment and to optimize the operational processes of the BLÄSSINGER GROUP, we have now finally merged the company with Josef Blässinger GmbH + Co. KG retrospectively as of April 1st, 2021 with entry in the registry court at the Stuttgart District Court - HRA 2712 and will in future be used as a sales office Wilhelmshaven.
The BLÄSSINGER GROUP is thus expanding its presence in the north of Germany. In this way, we can also achieve the necessary customer proximity in this region.
