Sustainability | ESG

As a responsible company, we attach great importance to sustainability and environmental protection. At a time when ecological challenges are becoming increasingly urgent, we see it as our duty to develop and implement future-oriented solutions that are not only economically but also ecologically sensible.

Our commitment to sustainability is therefore evident in all areas of our company: from the selection of environmentally friendly products and suppliers to energy-efficient logistics processes and responsible waste management. We focus on innovation and efficiency in order to minimize our ecological footprint while ensuring the highest quality standards. A particular focus is on compliance with labor and human rights along our supply chain. We only work with partners who, like us, are aware of their responsibility towards their employees and society.

Our sustainable strategy is based on three core principles:

  • Ecological responsibility
  • Economic efficiency
  • Social justice

Sustainability report

On January 1, 2024, the BLÄSSINGER GROUP published the sustainability report for the 2022/2023 financial year. This sustainability report transparently presents the efforts, progress and goals with regard to sustainable development.

As a third-generation family business, sustainable development is very important to us. We owe our successful development not least to our employees. It is therefore in our self-image to not only focus on economic factors, but also to take social aspects to heart and to continuously develop the BLÄSSINGER GROUP in harmony with social and ecological factors. The focus is not only on our organization.

As a technical wholesales company, one of the focal points of our activities is procurement, which means that the issue of sustainability along the supply chain has increasingly come into focus. We are aware of our organization's responsibility and would like to take this opportunity to disclose our efforts, progress and goals with regard to sustainable development.
