Features of actuators
Linear actuators convert electrical energy into linear motion. The electromechanical linear actuators from Ewellix are equipped with a ball or roller screw drive that is driven by an electric motor - a design that offers considerable advantages. These actuators are suitable both for use in new machines and as a replacement for hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders in existing systems.
CAHB series
Developed for operation in harsh environments at temperatures from -40 to +85 °C with a maximum duty cycle of 25 % and consist of robust metal gears with corrosion-resistant housings. You can choose between seven different types in the series, all of which are virtually maintenance-free, self-locking up to 2 times the rated load and have a protection class of up to IP69K/66M.
Matrix series
The Matrix series has been specially developed and approved for medical applications. It includes powerful AC and DC actuators that run very quietly and can be installed at almost any angle, both vertically and horizontally.
CASM 32/40/63
Actuators in this series are particularly suitable for performing fast and powerful linear movements.
