VBB – Blässinger’s own brand

Josef Blässinger GmbH + Co. KG has been having selected roller bearings produced in China under its own VBB brand since 2001. The VBB brand was then officially registered and protected as a trademark in 2011.

Since then, the portfolio has been steadily expanded and we are now able to offer not only products from the field of roller bearings and plain bearings as well as from the fields of power transmission, procurement items and much, much more.

Our VBB brand products are exclusively produced by selected and certified manufacturers according to DIN standards, so we can supply all products in the desired quality.
We currently offer two quality grades: VBB (standard) and VBB Premium.

We differentiate between two qualities

VVB (standard)

Our VBB quality grade is produced exclusively in plants that are at least DIN EN ISO 9001 certified and of course all VBB products also comply with DIN 625 and DIN 620 and impress with consistent quality at a competitive price. Thanks to our many years of experience, we are able to adapt our products precisely to meet individual customer requirements, giving our customers an important competitive advantage.

VBB Premium

Due to the high demands on our VBB Premium quality grade, these products are only produced in factories which we have specially approved. VBB Premium products are manufactured and tested to the highest standards and according to the state of the art – right through from the materials used to the packaging. Nearly all customer requests of a constructive nature and for documentation can be fulfilled. With VBB Premium quality grade we offer our customers an enormous price advantage combined with top quality.

Our quality standards

Guaranteeing high quality and constantly improving our services are our top priority, which is why we focus on the following factors:

  • The minimum standard for all manufacturing plants is certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001
  • Manufacturing plants for VBB Premium products must be certified according to ISO/TS16949, DIN EN ISO 14001 etc.
  • We only have our products manufactured by manufacturers who comply with the laws governing the working conditions of their employees and take all important environmental aspects into account.
  • We place great emphasis on long-term cooperation with extremely reliable partners
  • Regular on-site supplier audits for further qualification
  • Personal inspections of the manufacturers by our product management staff
  • Inspection of the products by the manufacturer with calibrated and regularly checked measuring equipment
  • Transmission of the measurement logs from the manufacturers to our product management department for inspection and approval of all tolerance specifications
  • Inspection by Josef Blässinger GmbH + Co. KG in Germany with professional testing and measuring equipment and certified quality management
  • If required, delivery of samples to customers for approval
  • In-process measurements with regularly checked measuring equipment
  • Final inspection of the finished product with generation of statistical measurement logs
